Items are refundable within 10 days of the date after  it has been received.  Note: there will be 10% re-stocking fee charged for any returning order over $380. All articles must be returned as you received them.  If your item was damaged or incorrect, include a note explaining the problem in the return package.  Please remember that shipping and handling is non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item.  Also, slight variations in appearance do not constitute as an incorrect order.  We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our products on the website as close to reality as possible.  Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show products differently in terms of color and detail.  To return or exchange your item, please follow the instructions included in your package. Please do give us your instructions as clear as possible when you want to custom make handbags.Custom made bags are not returnable and returnable.
