We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority. If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will then provide instruction on where to return your handbag(s). You must return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods. Kindly include when you contact us the following information. Damages are caused by temperature (too high or too low for this handbag model, penetration of water, dust, mud, as a result of ignoring instructions.) Damages are caused by usage of Carrying overloaded stuff. Wearing out of handles. Warranty We offer 30 days warranty on every handbag you purchase from this site. And life time warranty for crocodile handbags. Handbages may be returned or exchanged only if it is faulty. Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damages caused by external reasons (such as scratches, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the product etc..). Warranty does not cover water damage, lost or stolen parts, damages due to personal misuse/negligence. Returns/Exchanges: We offer a 14 days refund policy, if you are not 100% satisfied with the goods, we would only issue a refund if. 1. The item is in its original condition, which means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged, scratched or tampered with. 2. The item is returned within 14 days of purchase. (from the day the goods is signed for /received). 3. After 14 days we may not issue a refund, but exchanges may be acceptable. 4. All returns are at the customers' own cost. 5.
